This Shipping Policy explains how UrbanMint Ecom Private Limited processes and delivers orders placed with us directly. Orders placed on third-party marketplaces are delivered under that marketplace's shipping terms.
1. Delivery Coverage
We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier and logistics partners. Serviceability is checked when the order is placed. If your PIN code cannot be serviced, we will tell you and refund any payment made.
2. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Uttarakhand and nearby regions: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Metro cities: 3–6 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Remote locations, weather, festivals or courier delays may extend them.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, depend on order value, weight and destination, and are shown clearly before you pay. Cash on Delivery, where available, may carry an additional fee.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking number by SMS, email or WhatsApp so you can track the shipment.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If the package looks tampered with or damaged, you may refuse delivery or note it with the delivery agent and contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after repeated attempts, or delivery is refused without valid reason, the order may be returned to us. Any refund will be made after deducting forward and return shipping charges.
8. Wholesale and Bulk Shipments
Bulk orders may be shipped by surface transport or a nominated transporter. Freight terms, delivery schedules and unloading are as agreed for each order.
