We try to display products, descriptions, images and prices accurately. Actual colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly. Product specifications and manufacturer warranties are as provided by the respective brand or manufacturer.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time the order is placed.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways or marketplace payment systems. Wholesale orders may be subject to agreed advance or credit terms.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to the address given. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
5. Marketplace Purchases
When you buy our products on a third-party marketplace, that marketplace's terms of use, payment, return and refund policies also apply. If they conflict with these Terms, the marketplace's policies prevail for that purchase.
6. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale and B2B orders may be subject to minimum order quantities, separate price lists, a valid GSTIN, and written terms agreed with us. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the written terms prevail.
7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, designs and images — belongs to UrbanMint or its licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual-property laws. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content commercially without our written permission.

12. Force Majeure

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
